We met Kieron twice. Once at the open for inspection and once at the auction. Kieron was professional, down to earth and honest - qualities I like in any person. I was most appreciative of his honesty when I posed the question, "jargon aside, what do you honestly think this place is going to sell for?" His response was in line with what my thoughts were too - that the house was likely to go for a significant price above the owners price guide. This set our expectations accordingly. Overall from my side (the buyer) it was a pleasurable experience.

You may be reading the reviews about Kieron and his team and thinking it all seems a bit too good to be true. Prepare to be impressed... I've been in the property market for decades and am probably a bit jaded and most definately not all that easy to impress but in Kierons case I am happy to report that he actually is that good!
