In the sale of our property, my husband and myself found Kieron to be extremely knowledgable in relation to the local area and expected sale price, although the speed in which he obtained an acceptable offer, even before the "For Sale" board went up, was unexpected - happily so!. He, at all times, acted in a professional manner, was courteous and polite and kept us informed regarding the progress of the cooling off period and finance approval etc. Did not promise an "over the top" sale price, but assured us he would do his best to achieve the highest possible price the market would allow, which, albeit in a very short space of time, he did obtain a higher than expected price that we were happy with. Given that the house sold extremely quickly, we cannot comment on Kieron's performance regarding properties that have been on the market for a longer period of time, however, we believe he would work as effectively as possible, but at the same time, recommend to the Vendors the most favourable way of proceeding to a sale. Given our experience, we would happily recommend Kieron for anyone wishing to sell their homes in the Highton and surrounding area.

Advertising was disappointing, the great view was to be the major selling point but there were no usable photos of the view taken and the first draft for advertising didn't even mention the view. Kieron gave us a wildly inflated idea of what the property would go for which we did not even come close to getting. on the other hand he was in constant communication and worked hard during negotiations . Over all i would use him again

From the start of the Sales Program for our house Kieron and his team presented well and gave us excellent follow up information. Although we did not achieve our initial goal we were very satisfied how the program was conducted through advertising and follow up. The professional attitude of the team was excellent.
