Excellent upfront skills and initial enthusiasm.

I was impressed with Kieron's presentation and enthusiasm initially for the marketing of my property. However, I felt there could have been a little more positive feedback and contact in the interim from the launch of the campaign and the waning of interest with advice being, seemingly, the only way forward was a reduction in price to generate interest. This indicates a failure to properly appraise the market in the first instance and led to disappointment with the final purchase price and my expectation.
