Actually, as well informed and high maintenance clients, we sought an agent that had the same attention to detail as we did, the same passion for our humble apartment and its locality, the appreciation of the Prize not the Price approach to selling ,and someone we felt had our interests wholly at heart. A hard ask when agents have 2 clients to satisfy - buyer and vendor. Our engagement with Kiki and Mint360 was rather atypical in the fact we had already commenced working with tradespeople, a conveyancer, photographer and stylist, therefore the usual Team Kiki 'above and beyond' logistical services were not required nor utilised. In fact we had met with 4 agents including Kiki, and despite her passion, energy, charisma and deep knowledge of her chosen market, we decided not to engage with Kiki or any of the other agents, as we intended to sell our apartment directly as the Vendor. However as the days moved on, the uncertainty and impact of Covid-19 on viewings and the limited pool of buyers in the market, increased the fragility of the situation which drove us to engage a strong, speedy negotiator for our camp. Kiki's communication style and ability to clearly articulate the process including managing high expectations, are probably the stand outs in our experience hence why we came full circle with Kiki and asked her to be our selling agent.
