Kiki is a great agent and possibly one of a kind. She has great communication skills and delivers on what she promises. She presents her clients homes to an exceptionally high standard. I had the pleasure of meeting Kiki when purchasing one of the properties she was presenting and she made the process easy, honest and fun at the same time. Kiki is a beautiful soul, and fantastic at relationships & networking. I first met Kiki when I was looking to buy in Randwick. I didn't buy through her, but she kept in touch with my over the following 2 years, not just via her mailing list, but also with the odd phone call & lengthy chat. So when it came time to sell, she was my natural first choice. The time she spent with me during the pre-sign/pre-sale process left me with absolute confidence in her ability to achieve an agreeable outcome, and so I pretty much relaxed and left the job to her. I trusted her completely. Her positive outlook, communication skills & negotiation skills (as well as patience and good humour) are second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to appoint Kiki again, and would recommend her to my dearest friends & family. Whilst the final sale price was a little below the result I had in mind, this was clearly due to a rapid shift in the market at the time and did not on any way reflect badly on Kiki. Besides which, it was still a bloody good result, and one that I doubt anyone else could have achieved.

I would like to thank Kiki once again for her patience and assistance throughout the purchasing process as I was quite demanding and changed and raised my buying threshold at several points throughout the sales process.
