Kiki is kind, caring and communicative, and these strengths are a welcome presence during the pressure cooker environment of commercial real estate. Kiki was the agent for the property we purchased in Coogee late 2023. She was tremendous in facilitating the sale. We required an extended settlement so that we could sell our earlier home, and Kiki was able to secure this for us in a "no fuss" manner. Similarly, for the building inspection she bent over backwards so that we get this done in a timely manner with minimal fuss, while keeping us up to date at every step of the way.
