Kiki was terrific to deal with in a very quick, high stress negotiation between me (the purchaser), other interested parties and the vendor whom she was representing. Kiki was very straightforward, transparent and quick to respond in her communication with me. I felt I could "trust" her in the process. That has continued to be the case, as even after we paid the deposit, Kiki has been in contact helping us in the lead up to settlement.
