Wouldn't have been the easiest house to sell. However Kim managed to present the house in a sympathetic manner and sold quickly. Always keeping me advised about what was happening. I had never been involved in selling a house before. A relatively painless process with Kim's advice.

There was never a doubt in our mind that Kim wouldn’t be able to sell our property. Kim listened to what we wanted price wise and why. Before listing on the market we took on advice of Kim and Dennis and prepared the house accordingly. There was never an unplanned inspection, and Kim even offered to help us prepare for inspections if we needed. During inspections Kim would call or FaceTime us with any questions people may have - so she could provide answers to them straight away. After each Inspection Kim would provide feedback and call us straight away to let us know how it went. We felt like we were in the loop during the entire sale process. Having had our house on the market for some 4 months with the so called N0 1 agent in the area with very limited response ( 3 inspections only and 2 of them in the first week ) we became very disillusioned and took a break from trying to sell. We decided to try again after 3 months and listed it with Ashwood/Van Reike and they sold it in the first week of listing at the asking price. We then had to find a new home and much to our delight they came up with exactly what we were looking for about 2 weeks later. Having known Dennis for a number of years, it was a pleasure to work with Kim knowing that Dennis would not partner with anyone but the best in his new Real Estate business.
