Far, far beyond what is required

My wife and I purchased a home that Kim was selling. It was a fairly normal procedure, except for the fibre to the home bit, where it became bogged down between the provider of the fibre and the service provider. We were amazed at the lengths that Kim went to, to enable us to receive broadband. We were not his clients, per se, but he went to extreme lengths to enable us to enjoy our new home. We unreservedly recommend Kim, not only for his business acumen, but for his kindness.
