From our initial meeting with Kim through until the actual sale we couldn’t fault her professionalism and enthusiasm. Kim offered suggestions on the best way to present the property, was always available to discuss options and ideas and kept us fully informed of progress. This included dates and times for open homes and inspections, feedback from potential buyers and regular updates on progress of negotiations with the eventual buyer. She often showed up to exhibitions up to an hour early to ensure the property was looking its best before potential buyers entered. Throughout the entire process Kim went above and beyond and in the end negotiated a sales price above our expectation. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
