I first spoke to Kim on the phone from a letter box flyer and was immediately impressed. I met Kim the next day at the house and walked around and found Kim to be very informative and educational, I didn't feel like Kim was trying to pull one over on me at this point I was confident Kim would be selling the home but to seal the deal I wanted to know how long it would take her to have the house on the market and said she could start as soon as the relevant paper work was signed contacting potential client and have an open on Sunday it was already Thursday afternoon . Kim was the seventh person that I had interviewed and is now the last as she will be selling my future homes. It didn't matter if she wasn't able to pull of a Sunday open it was the fact she made the effort to attempt to have an open on Sunday I believed Kim would do what she said she would do and she didn't disappoint she rang potential clients and spoke to prospective buyers at her other opens and managed to get a group together on Sunday and the home was sold with a very happy figure . I didn't get this kind of enthusiasm from the other six that I had interviewed they all had been slightly unmotivated and would have the house on the market in a week or two that is just no good enough. The after sales service did stop right to the end Kim was on the ball always answered her phone or got back to me very quickly. I have no hesitation In recommending Kim she is the whole nine yard you want be disappointed. JASON Hill
