We originally bought a rental property to through Kim Buchanan as the agent. She was so helpful then even when buying the property that we then phoned her 2.5 years later to sell the rental and also sell my mother-in-laws home. We found her very helpful and professional. She was always available no matter what time of day. We made a huge profit on the resale on the rental and my mother-in-laws home. I would recommend Kim to anyone wishing to sell. If I was looking to sell another property she would be the first person I’d call. Highly recommend!
