Kim was incredibly professional to work with right from the start. She arrived at our first meeting with a lot of detailed market information. During the sale process Kim updated us a couple of times each week with feedback that helped us make some changes to make our property more appealing. Once an offer was received Kim worked very hard to bring the client up in price to arrive at a final price very close to our original expectations. The final price was 10% above the original offer I cannot recommend Kim highly enough.

I as so impressed with Kim's ability to communicate with myself as the seller , the buyer , the tenants that were residing during sale and the managers at the complex . Her knowledge of procedures and her ability to communicate made this process of sale so easy and stress less for everyone .
