I felt Kim had a good knowledge of the market and very helpful in areas of improvement to the property before sale . Kim was also very helpful after the sale in matters between myself and the buyer regarding furniture .
It seems we listed a little late for what many consider the “best time of the year,” and our house was priced in a range that excluded many first-home buyers, so Kim certainly had her work cut out for her. There was never anything wrong with the house — in fact, it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. Once the contract was signed, we moved out, and because it was a long settlement, Kim kindly offered to keep an eye on the property while we arranged lawn care (thanks Randall!). Everything went through without a hitch. Kim went well and truly above and beyond her job description throughout the entire process. On the market on a Wednesday, offer on Thursday, contract signed on the Friday for the price we were after. Did not expect such a quick sale. Kim thoroughly explained the whole process and completed all the required paperwork for the sale. I had heard that selling property was stressful.
