Not only is Kim a very pleasent and easy person to deal with she is the paramount professional and has a keen eye for detail. Kim's communication skills are excellent, so much so that we felt we were part of the team. We were kept informed at every stage of the sale process and given the best advise which resulted in a sale price and terms far exceeding our expectation. However, even if we had not achieved these great results it would still have been a great experiance dealing with Kim.
