Big fan of Kim. I found him very responsive and down-to-earth. I also rated Kim's honesty, feeling he was not in things for a sale, he was in it for the right sale to suit our needs and in a manner balancing fair market value and our interests with the wishes of the seller. Happily recommend him and use him again. Nice guy as well with a good store of amusing anecdotes. Great local knowledge.
