I met Kim under trying circumstances placing my aunts property on the market and dealing with a unexpected sudden death of her son, through out this process Kim has been a source of strength, he turned our unsellable property into a modern in demand sellable property overseeing all aspects of a renovation as i was in another state, during this process i always knew what was happening at the house he met deadlines that were set, he provided a guide price for the renovated home and the first offer was at that exact price he had predicted.
