The process of transforming the interior of the run down looking house into a saleable home was one of brilliance. All of his ideas were implemented by all of his contacts from floor to ceiling, and he easily organized them all. He took away a lot of my stress. Kim was always checking in on the progress of the updates and even moved the sprinkler to get some colour back into the lawn. He was enjoying making suggestions and doing little things. When it was time for the auction, the house presented at a 200% better look than before.
