The review is probably more subdued due to the effects of Covid19 on the market in 2020. Kim was a tireless agent in showing the property over the listing period. Open houses and short notice inspections were easy as the property was vacant. These were facilitated with no issues by Kim. Kim communicated with us and assisted with options and various mechanisms to assist the sale e.g. marketing options, 3D tours etc. The initial set property value was high, this may have been compromised due to the impact of Covid. It is incumbent on all parties to be realistic and do your own due diligence in ascertaining the sale price, reviewing the amount of property visits and final contract conditions. All in it was a positive experience having Kim as our agent.
