Kim went out of her way to be helpful above and beyond what I have seen some agents do. Kim answered all my annoying questions in a prompt and professional manner. And mediated between owner, tennant and buyer quickly and courteously whenever required. Kim was honest and engaging without being pushy. I could not recommend a better agent to deal with :)
