Kim was excellent. I believe I would have had a better experience if she wasn’t on leave and another agent took over. I wouldn’t trust anyone else from dowling Raymond terrace other than Kim. Others , in my experience, are not transparent and I think believe that they are a bigger person than anyone else. Kim understood my needs and acted on them.
