Ultimately we got what we wanted,a quick sale but expected more engagement. Communication style was not what I was expecting and could have been better. Emails sent re offer, would have preferred a call. Despite being under contract, 2 open homes were held but intention to continue with the open homes and the outcome of the open homes was not communicated to us until we asked. Again, I would have expected to be told the plan and the outcomes via a phone call.

We have dealt with Kim on a previous occasion to sell a house for us and it was exceptional. This time was no different. Kim responded to my email almost immediately. Nothing is too difficult for Kim, and she is so easy to deal with. We had our first offer within 4 days and the final offer we took within the next 3 days.
