While not inclined to routinely write any testimonials, let alone long ones, we have made an exception in this case: As interstate sellers, we engaged Kim Healy to sell our rental property at Victoria Point. We had actually only met Kim in the first place purely by a lucky chance, owing to our inadvertent mistake of walking into the wrong Real Estate Agency, thinking we were about to meet our actual property managers for the first time. Instead, we met Kim. It proved a very good error to make, as that initial meeting had us know immediately that we wanted Kim to conduct our sale. Kim is the real deal. What you see is what you get. It’s not a contrived thing with her, unnatural or rehearsed over time. It’s innate. It’s her nature. Instinct told us straight away that this would not only be a great fit for us, but would also work beautifully for any potential buyers of our property - and for our tenants as well. We knew Kim would be fair and respectful to everyone, and that was exactly what we wanted. We found Kim to be an intelligent, friendly, capable and professional agent. We trusted her. She can read situations astutely and has the ability to smooth waters and soften tensions. These are invaluable skills to have generally, but perhaps never more so than during a pandemic. We found her to be a pragmatic agent - reasonable and sensible - someone who doesn’t unnecessarily promote any “bells-and-whistle” type advertising, or any other unnecessary actions for that matter. Negotiations were just so easy and straightforward with Kim. Sure worked a treat for us. During the course of our sale, we received correspondence from a competitor agent, inviting us to perhaps consider their services instead. To their credit, they mentioned in that letter that Kim Healy is a well known and respected real estate agent in the area. We thought that spoke volumes. It was such a pleasure doing business with you, Kim. You deserve your success.
Kim was accomodating and professional from start to finish with our home purchase. On the many occasions we visited the property we were always greeted by name and treated like a valued customer. Being a local meant her knowledge of the local market was on point. During the contract process, her communication and professionalism enabled us to negotiate easily resulting in the desired outcome. Kim was also happy to discuss design and what would add value to the property which was much appreciated.

I am pleased to refer Kim as the best real estate agent I ever dealt with. During the contract negotiating process she acted in very professional and tactful manner and was very helpful in answering all our enquires.
I did get the impression that Kim was only there for the sellers- that's of course the case, but it wasn't the best experience being pushed so hard as first home buyers. We made an offer on a Friday and were told the seller was away until the Monday so we wouldn't hear back- but then received multiple phone calls over the weekend before our offer was even taken to the seller, asking us to increase our offer- we had to keep asking for our offer to be taken to the seller. Kim suggested that we sell a car to make up the extra $5k she was pushing for, and I did find this an offensive suggestion. However, once the offer was in and contract signed, Kim was then helpful and professional.
Kim was lovely and always helpful with all our questions. Made selling a breeze.
