Dear Dianne,
I have received your recent review, submitted under your brother’s name, Mark Tuckfield. I note that all communications throughout this process were with you, and I had no contact with Mr. Tuckfield at any time. The property has now been sold, and my professional responsibilities regarding it have concluded.
As our Property Management department also experienced, your communications have been consistently rude and inappropriate from the outset. Throughout the process, my team and I acted with professionalism and diligence. While I welcome constructive feedback, your behaviour has been unacceptable and does not reflect the service provided.
Given that our professional engagement has ended, I will not be entering into further discussion regarding this matter. My focus remains on maintaining the integrity of my professional reputation and the wellbeing of my team.
