This was my first time selling a property, and I was happy to have Kim answer all of my newbie questions from the beginning. Kim clearly took me through every step and kept me updated throughout the selling process. I appreciated the detailed reports on the prospective buyers and the text messages for little updates. There was an initial offer below what was expected, but she found a buyer above the projected amount. Overall I was very happy to have Kim Healy represent me.
