Very happy customer

I had numerous agents out to appraise my house. I chose Kim because she has a warmth and sincerity about her, and I immediately sensed that she could be trusted. My house is a little unusual and difficult to put a price on. Kim was the only agent that truly believed that she could get above and beyond what the others were suggesting. Although it took a while due to unforseen circumstances, never once did she try and persuade me to drop the price. She is a very positive person who is up front and honest. Kim works with you, allows you to be in charge, and gives updated and regular feedback. She was fantastic and comes highly recommended.
