Kim was great to deal with. As we were from Perth and was looking to buy a strata title in Margaret River we thought it would be difficult, but Kim arranged viewings at a time to suit us and answered any of our queries promptly. He also explained all any queries with regard to strata title. We never felt pressured at any time and he always had time to speak with us. He organised the paperwork and gave us a list of settlement agents to use which was very helpful.

Kim is about as far as you can get from the popular image of a real estate agent - pushy & aggressive. He is knowledgeable, easy to get on with, patient & thorough. Faced with a buyer & seller who wouldn't budge from their prices, Kim came up with some lateral thinking & got the deal through. He says he has a golf handicap of 5, but I'm not sure about that.
