Kim's local knowledge was excellent, his communication was really good and informative. He showed time and energy in our visits with him in securing the property. When Kim went away over the Xmas break, he still had time to talk with us (emails) and we were always welcome to ring or email him if we had any issues or concerns. Thanks Kim. We rate you highly for your customer service and attention

It was very easy to communicate with Kim from the first visit to the settlement while buying an investmenet property. The discussion on the price with the owner was easy and fair.

Kim dealt with me in a very professional manner. He achieved the results I expected. And I would most definitely have Kim handle another transaction again. Thank you very much.

Five years ago I was assisted by Kim Hewton with the purchase of a holiday apartment, I was impressed at the time by his friendly attitude, his efficiency and dedication in selling me this property. Now when it was time to sell, my first thought was to engage Kim for that purpose. It went so smooth, definitely the easiest realestate experience I ever had.

Kim was great to deal with I would highly recommend working with him.

Kim’s preparation for the marketing and sale of our property was faultless. His knowledge of the local market, its history and trends proved to be a huge advantage in securing a good price at sale time. He consulted and communicated at every step of what otherwise would have been a very challenging process for us.

Kim Hewton has outstanding local knowledge coupled with decades of experience in the real estate business and it shows. I could not be happier with the outcome.

Thanks Kim for a job well done and will definitely use your services again.

I have bought 3 apartments from Kim and it’s always straightforward and pleasant. I can recommend him.

I had a great experience with Kim. He made the process of buying smooth and simple. Highly recommend.

We have now both sold a property and bought a property with Kim. He makes the process easy and smooth and we highly recommend him.

Kim took on all the worry, planning and liasing of the sale, with a good outcome for all.
