A difficult market they say , not many buyers looking , properties sitting on the market for extended periods or selling but for way below sellers expected amount...!!!!! well not for us with Kim at Harcourts Bullsbrook.. First home open a record amount of viewers through ( stunning sunset photos organized by Kim did the job ) one offer taken on the day with Kim also taking so many emails ,phone calls etc on that day and the 4 days following she spent hours working with them all... so on the 5th day(7 days on the market) was able to present us with multiple offers !!!! And all over the" from $ "amount we had it on the market for. So we accepted the offer we agreed on. It took a bit longer than was expected to become unconditional ( banks 😔) but Kim kept me up to date every few days and it was always with a positive" it will be done "attitude which helped keep me from worrying.
