Kim seemed to have good knowledge of the industry and was very helpful in answering a couple of questions I asked. However, Kims's response on two occasions was slow which did not make it helpful to us. (I do appreciate that texting and emailing is the way to go these days, but) personally, I find texting when wanting some answers is difficult and would much rather speak to the person
