Although I was trying to sell my property while I’m in overseas, Kim has tried to make the selling process as seamless as possible for me. She was always reachable even though we are in a completely different timezone. Kim had liaised directly with my property managing agent and the exisiting tenants directly without much of my worry. I was only involved when I really need to. She kept me up to date with the process. It was very helpful especially it was my first home sale and I am not in the same city. Great service overall!

Kim is a suburb Real Estate agent. She is professional, ethical and works hard for her sellers. We found her online and chose her based on her high number of sales and excellent price reached in the suburb in which we were selling. We were out of state and in a different time zone but it had no impact on the service we received from Kim. She would call us very early her time in the morning to get in touch, nothing was too hard. Her follow up and feedback on the open homes was detailed and helpful. Kim was a brilliant negotiator and got us the best price possible. She also negotiated in our favour through an inaccurate building inspection that could have crashed the deal. Kim went above and beyond helping us get access to the property to clean up and she was kind and considerate to the existing tenants. We would highly recommend using Kim to sell your home. We have bought and sold property for 25 years and Kim has been the best agent to date.
