Kim was very knowledgeable about the property and the area, and communicated clearly and accurately regarding the price range likely to be acceptable to the vendor. She has also been really helpful in regards to accessing the building and pest report, and which tradespeople would be available locally. She appeared to quickly understand what I was looking for in purchasing the property.
