Kim and her team did a fantastic job in selling my house and helping me find a rental property at the same time. The effort that went into the process was outstanding. I didn't quite get the sale result that I wanted at the auction, and I did feel somewhat pressured into taking the first couple of offers. I found that it was my pushing that actually got the figure higher and a lot closer to the figure Kim and her team initially told me I would get easily. I guess it just wasn't to be on the day.
