I have had the pleasure of selling and 3years later buying property through Unrealestate and Kim McGinty. I have found Kim to be honest and very helpful and informative through these processes. She has been very quick with responding to queries and doing some research on my behalf.
From the moment Kim came to our house she made me feel comfortable she knew what she was talking about she's very professional she reassured me as time went on when I was having meltdowns, she answered all my calls she kept us in the loop. Could not have asked for a better real estate agent thank you Kim.
When it came time to list our house the decision was easy we knew exactly who we were going to use! Having bought our house originally through Kim we knew how friendly and professional Kim and the team at Unrealestate are. Kim kept us up to date with everything along the way and even sold our house for above asking price... what more could you ask for! We highly recommend Kim and the team and will definitely be using Unrealestate for any future sales!
Kim was a pleasure to use as our agent for the sale of our house. She went above and beyond to help prepare our house for sale as I am located interstate. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication with Kim was easy and she regularly contacted me to provide updates. Her honesty and professionalism set her apart from other agents I’ve used in the past. Thanks again, Kim.
As a buyer, it was a pleasure to work with Kim. She has been entirely professional throughout, direct and honest with us in response to our questions and requests for information, and always responded in a timely way. Her advice regarding the house and purchase was much appreciated. She represented the property and her agency extremely well. We couldn't recommend her highly enough.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kim McGinty for her help, understanding, and all round professional attitude, in assisting me in the purchase 0f my new home. When a misunderstanding arose in the negotiations to purchase, with Kim's knowledge and communication skills, she was able to quickly solve the issue. I would highly recommend Kim, to anybody contemplating the purchase of a home through her portfolio. Once again Kim, many thanks. Warm regards Bill Edwards.
Kim used her knowledge of the local market to secure a quick sale at a price that we were very happy with. Kim’s local connections were invaluable in helping us prepare the property for the market and she always kept us informed of any developments throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a professional approach to selling property.
