Working with Kim was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, she made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Kim is professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond for us and the sale of our home. Kim was always responsive, patient with our questions, and guided us every step of the way. If you’re looking for a reliable and dedicated agent, look no further than Kim.
Although it took some time to sell, I did achieve an acceptable amount due to Kim's expertise in communication. I thank Kim for her efforts.
Sadly some people use a poor broad brush stroke when talking about car salesmen and real estate agents. Well, that was far from my experience with Kim from Unreal estate. A pleasure to deal with and across every detail I asked about. I am sure Kim acted in a professional manner for both the vendor and myself doing her best to acccommodate any question or request. I would have no hesitation to recommend her to any of my family and friends.
I chose unreal realestate as they were local initially. But I was soon to learn that Kim and Chris were more than that. They sat with me and listened . During the open houses Kim always gave me feed back from the opening. Even when I was disheartened she listened and encouraged me to persist with the process. Her honesty and integrity throughout the whole process was enlightening compared to my previous experiences. I would recommend that anyone thinking of selling to consider her to be the selling agent.
Kim has impeccable knowledge of the property market in Sawtell. As a local she is able to provide unique insights into what sells real estate and what does not work. These skills were invaluable in the quick sale of my home. She communicated with me at every step and offered advice when needed. This is the second property dealing with Kim and would not consider any other agency in the area given her outstanding skill set
Professional and outstanding. We purchased our house through Un realestate in 2010 and sold through them in 2024. Never considered going anywhere else. Kim is a Gem. The team couldn’t have been more accomodating and supportive through the whole process. Forever grateful for all the love and attention they put into our sale. Very transparent the whole way through. Went above and beyond. Amazing REAL people. Couldn’t be more happier with the outcome and support. Thanks Kim and team for everything.
Kim from UnReal Estate was fantastic to work with! She achieved an amazing result, securing top price for our property in no time. Kim handled everything between us and the purchaser, minimizing back-and-forth with the conveyancers. Her professionalism, efficiency, and expertise made the process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Kim for anyone looking to sell!
Kim's professionalism and persistence were invaluable in managing a tricky sales process for our property. Kim also worked with our tenants to ensure open homes were arranged to suit all parties and was also a great source of information on local trades and professionals to help get the property ready for sale. I would be happy to work with her again on any future purchase or sale in the region.
Thank you Kim for your amazing work and excellent result on the sale of our property. It was a tricky and unusual property to sell, but you rose to the challenge and came through with an excellent result. THANK YOU for keeping us informed every step of the way and for a easy, seamless experience with selling our property. Thanks a million!
I chose Kim because I loved her honesty and energy. What I didn’t realise was, by choosing Kim, what I really got was a team of experts to help me through the selling process. From beginning to end the team at Unrealestate were focused and dedicated. The communication was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend you use Kim McGinty and the team at Unrealestate!

Kim provided incredible support throughout the whole process. She was always available to discuss any queries I had along the way. She was down to earth, honest, confident and very approachable.
