I chose Kim to sell our property after carefully reading a number of reviews. She did not disappoint, she actually surpassed my expectations. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Knows her industry so well and nothing was too much trouble. No question too silly. I highly recommend Kim!!
Kim was always open and honest, i always felt comfortable with Kim and her knowledge of the industry, I followed Kim's advise and the whole process was quite effortless for myself I would recommend Kim to anyone selling their property
Kim sold us our house and it was a no-brainer who we wanted to sell it for us when the time came. Kim was professional, efficient and personable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Kim made us feel we were part of the process right from the very start and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We walked away from the experience with a better sale price than we anticipated and the knowledge that Kim always had our best interests at heart. She is honest, trustworthy and in my opinion, the best agent on the mid north coast. We would not hesitate to use her services again.
We met Kim at an open house and she impressed us with her honesty and good humour so when we decided to put our home on the market we didn’t hesitate to approach Kim. Kim and Chris gave us a realistic appraisal of our property and understood all of our requirements for sale. We were away from home for 6 weeks and Kim organised open houses and gave us very prompt feedback. The Unreal team also provided regular feedback on market interest in our property. Kim was very happy to provide additional information and inspections for prospective buyers. In the end we were able to achieve our asking price which we are very happy with. Kim is friendly, professional and honest and we appreciate all the work that Kim and the Unreal team did to achieve a successful sale.

Our experience with Kim was great. As first home buyers we were very nervous about the whole process and we are so glad that Kim was the agent in charge of the sale! She was always available to answer our questions, communicated clearly and transparently, is extremely approachable and radiates genuine warmth.
I was so happy with Kim and her service, I would recommend Kim and your agency to anyone as she know her shit and you are very lucky to have her as part of the team. Needs a pay rise and a promotion :)
