I found Kim to be very professional but also real and personal during our buying a property and selling my property. Kim was easy to communicate with and very informative with all our questions. She kept us informed and always returned our calls within a short space of time. Kim quickly and professionally sorted out any of our concerns/problems, being that our purchase was in the middle of a huge hail storm. She encouraged and navigated us through the experience.
