Kim has exceptional communication skills, market knowledge, negotiation skills, is extremely professional and has been the most amazing support through such a stressful time. From the initial appraisal to settlement Kim guided and supported me through everything. Selling a home can be stressful but Kim made the whole experience feel easy and well managed.
