About Kim

Kim spent a lot of her childhood in Mudgee & Cootamundra until her family relocated to the Central Coast in 1991. She then moved to Sydney in 2009 and returned to the Central Coast in 2019. Kim has always had a passion for Real Estate and purchased her first investment in 2003 at the age of 24, from there she continued to build her property portfolio investing in NSW and QLD whilst working in the insurance industry. Throughout her this career, Kim developed strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people during the most significant times in their life. Kim has chosen to follow in her mother and brother’s footsteps and embark on new career path in Real Estate so she can help people with purchasing or selling their homes, which she sees as one of the most important transactions a person will make in their lives. She wants to ensure people are fully supported through the journey. Her mother and brother have both enjoyed significant careers and achievements in Real Estate on the Central Coast and she is now working alongside her brother, Damian Montgomery, and sister-in-law Rebecca Montgomery owners of LJ Hooker Budgewoi. Family is of utmost importance to Kim and her and her partner Steve welcomed their daughter Lily Joy into the world in March 2021. Kim and Steve purchased a home in Gorokan which they have been actively renovating and now enjoying being back on the Central Coast in Gorokan surrounded by family and friends and enjoying motherhood, she sees life is pretty wonderful right now.

Really knowledgeable nice and helpful

Kim really helped me and guided me through probley one of the toughest sale and rental issues was nice and helpful and very knowledgeable on all sorts of different issues when I was not sure what to do I went to her and helped find the right answer just what u want at those times thank you very much for helping me lots
