As a reasonably frequent purchaser of property I get frustrated often as enquiries made to vendor’s agents do not get answered, calls and emails don’t get returned and follow up phone calls do not get made. Kim replaced the appointed agent as we were about to delist our property. He had some late enquiries and sought permission to follow these through first. He was professional, kept us up to date with negotiations and succeeded in selling the property for a price we were quite happy with. No complaints at all.
