Working with Kim on the original purchase and subsequent sale of our home 14 years later was completely stress-free. Kim had a team approach to the transaction so at any one point in time, there was at least 3 members of his team who were across the transaction and fully available to address our requests and deal with any issues. All marketing, photography and advertising was top notch in quality and dealing with the purchasers was seamless and friendly.
