Kim is a highly dedicated lady. She has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole selling process. She would give up her weekends etc to ensure a sale for our property and was always available to chat with to ease our concerns.
Kim is a people person who knows her stuff with real estate. She said at the very beginning just after the sign was up that she knows somebody who has been looking for a while and she believes that our house would be perfect for this particular buyer. It was and we received a very fair offer - which we accepted. The buyer was essentially the first to view and the first to offer and we are so pleased that we chose Kim and Peters Real Estate to sell our home of over 50 years.
