Achieved a good price for the property, price was as expected for the current market conditions. Some concerns about professionalism; there was a personal relationship between the buyer and agent. This appeared to contribute to bias toward the buyer and pressure to allow early entry to the buyer which we declined several times based on legal advice. We received no contact from the agent on settlement day or afterwards to congratulate us on the sale going through, all that was received were numerous emails requesting reviews on this site, which was disappointing. We had to follow up to ascertain when the balance of the deposit they were holding would be transferred to us as they did not provide any follow up communication. Having bought and sold a number of properties through various agents over the years, this was an overall below average experience and service in comparison.
