I recently bought a property from Kim in Clayfield. I found her to be friendly, compassionate and she genuinely looked after the interests of both the buyer and seller. Never did I find her pushy or dismissive no matter what the issue or challenge posed to her. She constantly went above and beyond to be available to get the transaction done. I don't think there is much more you can ask for in an agent. The only thing I hold against Kim is she convinced me to pay that little bit more!!!
