Excellent and honest communicator

After spending the better part of 6 months searching for a property and having to follow up with agents on a regular basis it was such a welcomed change meeting Kim. Her communication from our first inspection all the way through to settlement was fantastic. As we were first home buyers and a little naive about the process of buying a house, Kim took the time to explain each step to us which we really appreciated.
