When we came to selling our home of 10 years - Kim was always going to be who we called. Having met Kim when we purchased our property, her level of knowledge in the area and the way in which she calmly went about her job was always reassuring. Kim and Gary also looked after our property for the year prior to selling in their rental department - their care for our home while we were away - was above and beyond. In a moment where you are selling your largest asset and one where emotions can run high, knowing Kim was honest, trustworthy , knowledgeable and always working in our best interest made the process as smooth as it could possibly have been.
