Purchasing through Kim was a 100% Positive Experience

Purchasing our new home through Kim Olsen was an absolute pleasure. Kim's highly professional and communicative approach made the negotiation and settlement process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Having dealt with a number of agents in the past, we were surprised to find Kim genuinely cares about her clients and did everything possible to make our relocation to the area a positive experience - organising a 'house handover' with the previous owners, making herself available after hours, providing local knowledge on shops, cafes and schools in the area and even leaving a lovely house warming gift! We have no hesitation in recommending Kim.
