We couldn’t be happier with our experience purchasing our new home. From the very beginning, Kim was absolutely fantastic — professional, responsive and genuinely lovely to deal with. She made what can be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward, and we always felt well looked after throughout the purchase. She went above and beyond and the thoughtful bottle of champagne and restaurant voucher we received after settlement was such a beautiful and unexpected gesture.
