Kim, from Quade and Moncrieff, was very professional from the commencement of the sales process through to the end. Kim did what she said she’d do including two market valuations- with a listing of similar type properties, sales trends etc. Communication: After each viewing Kim provided information regarding number of people who attended the viewing, if any offers were made etc. Analysis: Kim advised a change of the marketing strategy which resulted in the sale of the house.
