We enquired on the property through Kim. The sale was time sensitive for both us and the seller and we were buying from interstate. We had all inspections, negotiations sorted within a matter of days from finding the property online. Kim organised a list of repairs to be done to the property prior to settlement as the property was to be leased straight after settlement. All communication between us and the seller was fast and she had great contacts to complete the sale.
